ABOUT MICaSA

A former wholesale shop for kimonos dyed by a traditional technique of Kyoto, an over a-100-yead-old Machiya building has been transformed into GUEST HOUSE MICaSA
Natural wood and mud walls elaborated by artisans make the whole house breathes vividly.
Located at Oike-Kamanza near the center of Kyoto, MICaSA has been renovated to be a modern, composed and comfortable space while keeping its unique atmosphere of Machiya building.
We focus on your comfort not only to create a welcoming space, but also to select carefully the amenities from bed and nightwear to every piece of tableware, so that you may feel at home.

Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nijo-jo castle are located within walking distance of MICaSA. Also, its nearest subway station Oike offers great access to tourist spots in Kyoto.

You are warmly welcomed to GUEST HOUSE MICaSA. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Kyoto to the full extent with us.
